These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at cracklance.bond and services offered by CrèmeLance Baking Studio (“CrèmeLance”, “we”, “us”).

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
2. Course purchases and access
Prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location. After purchase, you receive ongoing access for at least 24 months. We may update or retire content to keep it accurate; if retired, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible.
3. Refunds
If you have completed less than 20% of a course and it does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days for a considerate resolution. Some promotions may have different conditions disclosed at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with security, or attempt to access non-public areas. Be respectful in any community spaces. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content, including text, lesson plans, and branding, is owned by CrèmeLance or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, share, or resell materials without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational guidance only. Results vary by skill, equipment, and environment. We make no guarantees of outcomes or financial results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or courses.
8. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco County.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email.
